We purchased an arrow Sears 71 68109 10′x 9′ metal storage shed. We got the box out of the garage and took the components out. It was missing the nuts and bolts and the directions (instructions).
We contacted Sears and they can’t seem to find any record of selling your metal storage sheds.
Is there a spot on the web that we can download the instructions or can you sent them to me.
What are the sizes of the nuts and bolts and how many do I need. Sears volunteered to send them to me if they could find the product number but they are unable to find it.

Hi there, I am not sure what shed you purchased. Sears doesn’t make Arrow sheds, but they may sell them. What is the Arrow Shed model you bought? What is it called? That may help me direct you to the right page to find instructions and maybe even parts for it.

I bought an Arrow shed in September and it just collaped under a very small amount of snow. Do you sell replacement parts, like an entire roof.

Lori, I am sorry but I don’t think you can find just a roof for sale. You may want to call the Arrow Sheds manufacturer, and your shed should still be under warranty. they should be able to help you.
