Tips for Your Next Bahamas Diving Vacation

Thinking about going on a Bahamas diving vacation? You should! Whether you're an experienced diver or someone who's completely new to diving, you're sure to have a wonderful time.

Opportunities for breathtaking underwater views abound around the islands, and experienced instructors and guides are waiting to help you out. Guided diving tours of sunken ships, coral reefs, and native fauna are a few of the many kinds of dives available to you.

The Bahamas offers some amazing views with its crystal clear waters!up to 100-foot visibility! Then there are the blue holes, the Bahamas' deep inland sea holes. Dangerous yet fascinating, you can see them very well from the water's surface.

You could also take an eco tour if you are interested in learning more about our world's natural resources on your Bahamas diving trip. With the aid of your guide, you will be able to see some of the most gorgeous coral reefs in the world that teem with thousands of species of aquatic life. Nowhere else in the Caribbean will you see coral quite so spectacular.

If you go to the Bahamas, another popular diving sport you could try is to see the dolphins. When you meet them on their own turf, you will fully experience and appreciate just how intelligent and friendly these animals are. Or, if you're up to something a little more thrilling, try a guided tour to shark-filled areas! Don't worry, you'll be safe if you just follow your guide!

If you're an experienced diver, there is no need to stick to the guided Bahamas diving tours, but be sure to talk to a local guide to get advice as to the many different places you can explore. If you do your research beforehand, you will be able to take advantage of the wondrous drop-offs and crystal waters.
