I am looking for a replacement part for the rubbermaid Big Max 7×7 storage bldg/host #545-677. The latch that closes the shed has broken. Can you supply me with a new manual or the replacement part number.?

Are you sure you followed the directions for assembly. You may want to go back and double check everything.
